- WHAT ARE THE PICK UP DAYS? Tuesday and Thursday 5p.m.-6 p.m. (please schedule pick up with customer service before arrival) only orders that have scheduled pick up will be available on designated days for pick up.

- HOW LONG IS THE SHIPPING TIME FRAME? 0-3 days (business days) for processing and please allow 2-3 days additional for arrival.

- HOW LONG IS PRODUCTION FOR PERSONALIZED JEWELERY? Due to the volume of personalized jewelry we ask that you allow 2-3 weeks for production. Allow an additional 2-3 days for shipping.

- WHAT IF I SELECTED PICKUP AS MY DELIVERY OPTION?… BUT I’M UNABLE TO PICK UP.. contact customer service via email or phone and new invoice will be sent in reference to shipping.

- HOW LONG IS PRODUCTION FOR PHOTO PERSONALIZED JEWELRY? 3-4 weeks
- WHAT’S YOUR REFUND POLICY? NO REFUND contact customer service for resolution of issue.
- How long is merch held after payment is rendered for pickup? 15 days after payment is rendered is the allotted time for pick up’s. On the 16th day merch will return to inventory. NO REFUNDS or STORE CREDITS will be rendered. Exceptions can be made to customers that make a point of contact before the 15th
- Shipping is too expensive… We appreciate your business and we strive to accommodate each customer however… we have affordable prices and sales throughout the year to compensate for things beyond our control.
